Who must file
Residents are taxed on worldwide income. A return is required at least where taxable income exceeds the nil band (PKR 600,000) — other s.114 triggers not reviewed. Every resident filing a return must attach a wealth statement listing foreign assets; the s.116A foreign income and assets statement applies above USD 10,000 foreign income or USD 100,000 foreign assets.
